ABOUT MARNIE FORESTIERI ZETTLER
I’m passionate about redefining early childhood and elementary education by helping schools innovate, scale, and deliver exceptional quality. As the Founder of Young Innovators Schools, I’ve dedicated my career to building a future-ready ecosystem that blends curriculum, professional development, and technology — empowering school owners, educators, and children to thrive. My journey began as a franchisee, where I experienced firsthand the limitations of traditional business models. Later, as an independent owner and then a franchisor, I discovered that it’s impossible to scale quality without strong systems, leadership development, empowered teachers, and the right digital tools. That experience inspired me to create Young Innovators Schools — a network and curriculum platform designed to help school owners compete through quality, lead through innovation, and build thriving learning communities that make a lasting impact. What I DoDesign future-ready curriculum systems that integrate STEM, design thinking, and social-emotional learning.Lead IACET-accredited professional development for owners, directors, and teachers.Collaborate with technology partners to develop EdTech solutions that strengthen teaching, operations, and growth.Consult with companies, school leaders and faith-based organizations seeking to expand, modernize, or reimagine their education models to meet the needs of today’s families and tomorrow’s learners.I’m passionate about helping both independent and faith-based schools embrace innovation without losing their identity — aligning mission, culture, and 21st-century learning to prepare children for a world that’s constantly changing. When you put people and quality first, innovation follows — and every school, teacher, and child can thrive.
