I’m passionate about redefining early childhood and elementary education by helping schools innovate, scale, and deliver exceptional quality.As the Founder of Young Innovators Schools, I’ve dedicated my career to building a future-ready ecosystem that blends curriculum, professional development, and technology — empowering school owners, educators, and children to thrive.My journey began as a franchisee, where I experienced firsthand the limitations of traditional business models. Later, as an independent owner and then a franchisor, I discovered that it’s impossible to scale quality without strong systems, leadership development, empowered teachers, and the right digital tools.That experience inspired me to create Young Innovators Schools — a network and curriculum platform designed to help school owners compete through quality, lead through innovation, and build thriving learning communities that make a lasting impact.
