In addition to overseeing core HR functions, I serve as a trusted advisor on matters of state and federal compliance, including labor laws, workers\' compensation, and employment tax requirements.My responsibilities span a wide spectrum—from managing HR policy implementation and risk mitigation strategies to handling sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism. I also support the executive team with administrative functions that align with business goals, including audits, insurance renewals, regulatory filings, and internal reporting.I have helped build a solid HR infrastructure that can scale with our rapid growth, implementing compliant and sustainable practices that balance business agility with regulatory accountability. My role touches all facets of our people operations and administrative backbone, contributing to a workplace culture rooted in integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement.
