Building a strong, effective and people-focused infrastructure at eduMe; scaling from 20 people to ~100 across the UK and the US - Introducing impactful policies and processes from scratch as we progress from seed funding to Series B and beyond - Leading from the front to ensure eduMe develops and maintains our values and culture as we scale, and using these to promote and cultivate an environment where our people are empowered to thrive, both professionally and personally - Coaching, supporting, and ultimately leading the People and Talent team to success - Providing support and coaching to line managers to enable them to build high performing, fulfilled teams - Developing and managing a holistic progression and development framework - Owning and developing overall compensation strategy and process - Overseeing and supporting talent acquisition strategy to ensure we hire talent in line with business needs and values - Creating an environment where everyone can do their best work and achieve a healthy work/life balance, including managing changes during covid, and establishing a hybrid working model post-covid - Creating and managing a wellbeing policy that offers impactful benefits and values the physical and mental health of employees - Shaping and leading a proactive, impactful Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, ensuring we are a diverse and inclusive organisation from the top to the bottom
