I am a mindfulness- and compassion-based, emotional intelligence coach and teacher AND NOW Substack Newsletter writer and content creator. I help people find the inner wisdom, confidence, and motivation they need to stop being derailed by the stress and fears that limit their well-being and potential. I meet people wherever they are on their journey and support them along the way. I am a Professional Certified Coach as designated by the International Coach Federation; specializing in- personal transformation and well-being- stress management- emotional and shame resilience- self-care- work-life balance- leadership development- executive wellness- values-led career growth and transitions- entrepreneurship- ADHD coaching, and - mentoring professional coaches. I work with clients privately and sponsored by their organizations. I am a Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and a Trained Teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion as designated by the University of California San Diego School of Medicine Center for Mindfulness. I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF), the experiential methodology of Dr. Brené Brown focused on shame resilience and courageous, authentic living. Currently, I am pursuing graduate studies and am enrolled in the Stanford University School of Medicine\'s Applied Compassion Training (ACT) from their Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE) while pursuing a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies degree, with an emphasis in Applied Compassion at Prescott College.

As a Stanford University Ambassador of Compassion, I\'m on a mission to share the transformational power of compassion; helping others to alleviate their suffering, create meaningful change in their lives, and make the world a kinder place to live.In June 2023, as part of the Stanford Applied Compassion Training 2023 cohort, I launched The Kind Shift newsletter on the Substack platform. There I share personal reflective essays about my own compassionate transformational journey, and evidence- and science-based skills, knowledge, and practices about compassionate, mindful, and authentic living.
