I am a procurement professional with over 26 years of experience in business process reengineering, planning & control, digital transformation, and global operating models, gained in complex and multicultural environments.I currently serve as Head of Performance Management, Innovative and Sustainable Solutions within Global Procurement. In this role, I am responsible for Supplier Performance Management processes at global and local level; for driving procurement sustainability initiatives in line with Group guidelines; for monitoring and reporting procurement risk metrics in compliance with the Enel Group Risk Governance Model. I also contribute to supplier and supply chain development programs, support sourcing process evolution through digital and AI adoption in collaboration with Global ICT and manage purchasing activities for Innovation Nuclear.Since May 2023, I have been Head of Digital Strategy & Planning Platformization Services, Cyber Security and Digital Governance, with responsibility for defining principles and guidelines for system and tool development demand submission and evaluation; harmonizing, clustering, and prioritizing initiatives in line with strategic objectives; defining the optimal allocation of internal and external resources; and managing project portfolio budgets, KPIs, and progress monitoring. Since October 2018, I have been Chapter Leader of the Global Procurement Digital Hub, leading procurement process optimization and the delivery of digital solutions using agile methodologies. I played a key role in the Global Procurement Transformation Program as Project Manager of the Lean Planning Process stream and as Product Owner for the development of the Enel Group Smart Planning Tool, now live for more than 2,600 business lines and procurement professionals and enabling a significant increase in planned contracts.Previously, I was Head of Materials, Equipment and Logistics within Global Infrastructure and Networks division, managing operations across 8 countries, 19 logistics warehouses, and over €700M in working capital. Previously, I also led the Suppliers Scouting, Development and Global Sourcing LCC Unit, with global responsibility for supplier identification and development.I joined Enel Group in 2008 as Head of Procurement Processes and Systems, after almost 9 years as a Project Leader at KPMG, delivering process reengineering and SAP R/3 system integration projects across multiple industries. I speak English and Spanish fluently and am accustomed to working in international, cross-functional contexts.
