As the Project Manager for an International Radio OEM I am responsible for both internal and external customer projects. For external customer facing projects I am responsible for delivering engineering and design services as well as Radio & Antenna equipment to key accounts within North America. These key accounts are building the nation’s first 700 MHz A Block Field Area Networks (FAN) to monitor and control their mission critical Distributed Energy Resources (DERS). I am tasked with being our customers advocate and representing their voice & priorities within the MiMOMax Management Team which consists of the CEO, CTO, CFO, Software & Hardware Design Team Leads, and the North American General Manager. Selected Achievements: • Created a process to document software & hardware enhancement requests, scope the required department & labor efforts, cost & quote the desired enhancements, ensure purchase order receipt, initiate and schedule development work, track work through internal QA/QC processes, schedule product release to customer, ensure customer testing & sign off, schedule & complete customer training, • Created and maintained In Fill Order on Time (IFOT) tracking procedure which outlines the number of lost days due to operational inefficiencies and then uses the Time Value of Money to calculate a lost dollar value. • I am on the R&D Team assigned to develop the next generation of MiMOMax Radio Devise which will specifically be developed to function in the Mission Critical Industrial Internet of Things market. • Worked with various internal departments to develop & implement company wide processes & procedures.
