Travel Nursing Expert I’ve been in the travel nursing world since 2017, and I’ve pretty much done it all! I started out in recruiting and instantly fell in love with connecting with amazing clinicians from all over the country. There’s something so rewarding about knowing you’re helping improve patient care by matching great people with great facilities — and honestly, that passion still fuels me to this day.At Health Carousel, I quickly worked my way up and discovered that my love for helping others extended beyond my clinicians — I loved mentoring recruiters, too! Watching the people I’ve trained grow into top producers (many still crushing it today!) has been one of the best parts of my journey.Along the way, I earned a Presidents Club Award in 2018 for being one of the top recruiters company-wide — a milestone that still makes me proud. My experience in recruitment and leadership has given me a strong foundation in building high-performing, inclusive teams where people truly thrive.At Epic Staffing Group, I’ve focused on elevating the recruiting process — bringing in innovative strategies, leveraging data, and embracing the ever-changing digital side of staffing. My goal has always been to stay ahead of the curve while keeping people at the heart of everything we do.More recently I am back at Epic Staffing Group leading a team of recruiters in the travel nursing industry. At the end of the day, I just love this industry. Helping clinicians find assignments that fit their goals (and cheering them on every step of the way) is what keeps me inspired — whether I’m working directly with travelers or helping shape the teams that support them.
