About Marly Damato
I am an Honors Marketing graduate from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration in May 2025. Currently, I work as an Account Coordinator in the Exhibitor Relations department for the Chicago Trade Show at Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) in the New York City office.At the same time, I represent BeatBox Beverages as a Brand Ambassador, engaging consumers at events and venues across Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York City. Hosting sample tastings independently has strengthened my sales, marketing, and overall communication skills tremendously. In 2024, I completed a 13-week internship at the International Songwriting Competition, where I deepened my understanding of the music business industry and broadened my perspective on the intersection of creativity and strategy in artist development and promotion. In 2023, I interned at Breakpoint Booking, assisting a music agent in music marketing, finance, A&R, and publishing. I have a strong passion for the music business industry and would like to pursue a career in this field.Additionally, I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving at two country clubs and working at a children\'s salon over the years. These roles strengthened my interpersonal skills and taught me the value of adaptability, teamwork, and customer service skills that I carry into every professional setting.
