As the only person responsible for Talent Acquisition, I own the full cycle recruiting process for all roles, from technical to business positions, from role budget approval and role definition to onboarding and tracking the first months. I also manage all tools and processes, including employee engagement strategies, financial topics, and recently the AI implementation usage within the HR department.Beyond hiring, I lead Employer Branding by managing PRISMA’s LinkedIn and Instagram. I create growth strategies, develop content, and showcase company achievements to strengthen our external reputation. Internally, I drive engagement initiatives such as cultural surveys and eNPS, company wide events, strategic partnerships, and newsletters.In my role as Diversity and Inclusion Manager, I define and implement strategies to ensure an inclusive and psychologically safe workplace across the organisation.Achievements that brought me the most joy- Hired 25 people in one year in 2023, with 40 percent coming from tech roles- Reduced annual German class costs from 75k to 28k by improving class management, distribution, and changing providers, while increasing employee satisfaction- Started the company Instagram from scratch and significantly increased followers on both Instagram and LinkedIn, with around 15 percent yearly growth in a B2C company- Increased the company’s local presence by hosting four events in our office in 2024 and participating in more than five external events.Main Tools:Greenhouse, Personio, Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter, ChatGPT, Claude, Lucanet, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Confluence, Jira.
