I am the Regional Director of Provider Relations (West Coast) at CCRM Fertility, leading a team dedicated to strengthening OB/GYN, urology, oncology, and primary care partnerships across the region. My work centers on expanding access to advanced fertility care, developing referral pathways, and coordinating strategic growth across multiple markets.I advanced quickly into this role after building strong momentum as a Physician Liaison at CCRM Newport Beach, where I launched creative outreach campaigns, revived dormant referral relationships, and partnered closely with marketing and clinical operations to drive measurable growth. This early traction led to my promotion into regional leadership, where I now guide a multi-territory provider relations team through alignment, consistency, and high-performing engagement.My connection to the fertility field is both professional and deeply personal. I am a two-time father through IVF, donor conception, and gestational surrogacy. Before joining CCRM, I supported 180+ intended parent and surrogacy journeys through Growing Generations and The Fertility Agency, working directly with reproductive endocrinologists, mental health professionals, embryologists, and attorneys. This lived and professional experience fuels my commitment to helping more families access the compassionate, expert care they deserve.I bring a combined background in provider relations, market development, assisted reproductive technologies (ART), physician engagement, and medical device commercialization, grounded in data analytics (SQL, Google Data Analytics) and outreach strategy. I thrive at the intersection of clinical care and relationship-building—translating complex fertility information into meaningful education for providers and supportive pathways for patients.My purpose is to build strong provider partnerships, support clinic growth, expand access to fertility care, and help more individuals and families achieve their dream of parenthood.
