With over 20 years in software engineering and technology leadership, I focus on scaling teams and building enduring tech organizations. As Head of Engineering at Ampeers Energy, I guided a 30-person engineering organization through growth, change, and modernization — introducing SDLC foundations, architectural clarity, and leadership development.
