Responsible for setting the strategic direction, developing, and implementing the information security program and projects of both Cybersecurity Defense that address the relevant risks for achieving the organization\'s strategic goals. Liaise and collaborate with internal teams on network operations, system designs, security audits/advice, compliance practices and best practices.• Manage the collection and analysis of network flow data using SIEM for various security applications (threat intelligence feeds, EDR, FIM, etc.), and developed rules for automated alerting and monitoring, ensuring the coverage of events in all global regions through log collectors.• Envision and document the enterprise-wide security architecture, which covers the current state of security capabilities, gaps, and plans aligned with IT and business strategies.• Leverage knowledge and experience in the NIST (NIST 2.0) for Cybersecurity Framework in relation to the organizational profile for scoping, information gathering, analysis of profiles gaps, while implementing an action plan as a part of the six principled CSF functions: Govern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond and Recover.• Plan and execute red team exercises to challenge security environment and assess blue team practices of investigation and escalation. These include tabletop exercises for executive members, strategic learning for internal partners, report results to senior leadership and the mitigation of findings that challenge the organizational security posture.• Establish and maintain metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure and communicate the performance and value of the incident response program and projects, and to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
