Setting up a programme with excursions to companies in NRW and economic institutions, such as Zollamt, IHK, DEUTZ AG, Rhenus Lux. Together with IHK Bonn organizing a match making event for the Belarussian delegation with up to 30 German businesses.Impact monitoring of capacity development results in the partner countries.

I\'m an economist with focus on social and African science. I work for CEFE International as content developer since 2008 and engaged as Managing Director within the company since 2012. At CEFE International, I\'m responsible for the overall management of the global CEFE trainer network. Further, I\'m constantly working on new training and coaching concepts, recently involved- Civil peace development- Social entrepreneurship- Enhancement of rural communities- Youth employment.Since 2012, I\'m certified in Capacity WORKS and holds in a certification as International CEFE Chief Advisor and Master ToT Trainer. I\'m currently one of the leading tutors and trainers (mentoring business cooperation projects between partner countries and Germany and supporting foreign businesses in finding suitable cooperation partners in Germany) within the Manager Training Program of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. As project manager and expert on private sector promotion I have been working in 30 countries, managing many projects.
