I\'m an operations leader and former elite athlete who thrives on challenge, discipline, and building things that last. Whether leading teams in fast-moving fintech, scaling EdTech startups, running my own company, or managing complex cross-functional programs, I\'m at my best when I\'m solving hard problems with great people. I love creating structure out of chaos — building teams, systems, and processes that make organizations run smoother, faster, and smarter. I\'ve worked across fintech, SaaS, EdTech, project management, and operations leadership, from startups to global companies, and I bring the same drive and resilience I had as a Division I and national team athlete into every role I take on. People are my superpower. I\'m passionate about coaching, collaborating, and developing high-performance cultures where teams feel empowered and aligned. Entrepreneurial at heart but experienced in corporate rigor, I move quickly, think strategically, and execute with intention.If there\'s a challenge, I\'m the person who wants to run toward it.    MakerSquare is an in-person AI builder program in Austin, TX for operators, founders, and domain experts. The people who learn to build with AI now — not just use it, but actually build with it — are the ones who will define what their industries look like in five years. MakerSquare is where that starts. Builders leave with 3 deployed AI products and the skills to keep going. Demo Day is a public event open to the Austin tech community.
