About Marley Monson

Registered nurse with a background in humanitarian and global health. For nearly a decade, I managed international health programs focused on emergency response, primary care, and maternal and reproductive health. These experiences strengthened my ability to lead complex programs in resource-limited settings, collaborate with diverse teams, and advocate for vulnerable populations—skills I now bring to nursing practice.Inspired by my own journey as a NICU parent, I transitioned to nursing to work more closely with patients and families. I am passionate about family-centered, holistic care and enjoy applying my background to address public health challenges, work with diverse communities, and optimize processes to improve patient outcomes. I look forward to a nursing career providing exceptional care for young patients and those who love them.
