I am a senior at Fordham University majoring in Psychology, with a strong academic foundation in human behavior and a particular interest in its application within organizational settings. This fall, I will be joining the London School of Economics to pursue an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology, where I hope to deepen my understanding of workplace dynamics and evidence-based strategies for enhancing organizational effectiveness. My primary areas of interest include employee well-being, motivation, and productivity—particularly how psychological insights can be used to improve workplace culture, drive performance, and foster sustainable employee engagement. I am passionate about applying theory to real-world challenges and am eager to contribute to the growing field of organizational psychology.
