In my role as a Middle School Program Specialist, I work to uplift and inspire young women as they navigate the critical path through middle school into high school graduation and eventually transition to college or a career. Through trust-based mentoring relationships, I provide guidance that fosters both personal and professional growth. I lead engaging workshops and group discussions designed to develop essential skills, while also helping to plan and execute celebratory events that honor participants\' progress and achievements. I communicate with families in both Spanish and English to provide well-rounded support to all program participants. This position allows me to support young women in finding their voice, setting meaningful goals, and stepping confidently into their futures with self-assurance.
