About Marleta Hansen

I plan and lead transformation efforts to improve business operations with attention to organization, strategic prioritization, and change management to enable a lasting impact. My goal is to ensure our transformation initiatives have a clear and achievable objective and that our most-impactful/high-priority objectives are met. My background is as a Solution Architect and Project Leader skilled in bridging technical and functional aspects of special projects. I have a technical background with a degree in Computer Science and technical developer certifications. I also have functional experience in business process improvement and solution design. Earlier in my career, I often acted as a liaison between business and IT teams, partnering with technical and functional architects to design a solution that truly meets business needs.I started my career as a technology and management consultant. In that time, I gained experience in a variety of industries through my client work, including telecom, utilities, financial services, consumer products, healthcare products, and staffing, and I held several project roles, for example: program work-stream leader, solution architect, project director, technical lead, technical business analyst, developer, and testing lead. Most recently, my focus has been on Professional Services Operational Excellence. My role has morphed overtime to fit the needs of our consulting business, but there has been a consistent theme of optimizing or enhancing operations, often to then be transitioned to a different long-term owner so that my focus can shift to our next opportunity area.

   As the Senior Director of Operations, my role continues to evolve with the needs of our business. I lead US operations enablement functions, including overseeing North America resource management, operational reporting and analysis, and operational systems. My role has included centralization of our resource management function, selection and replacement of resource management, financial forecasting, and time and expense tracking systems, revamp of internal reporting platform to support more actionable data and insights, and change management to reduce friction and promote adoption of substantial process and technology changes. I have also supported Credera’s global operational objectives as we evaluate and plan to evolve global systems and processes across multiple heritage entities globally.
