For over 20 years, my purpose has been to mentor, motivate, and support individuals to meet their career goals. I love what I do and am dedicated to serving the specific needs of my clients whether they are university students, job seekers, career changers, or those retuning to the workforce.The scope of my coaching background includes specific knowledge of the private, public, and non-profit sectors and understanding of the unique characteristics that apply in these fields. Prior to my coaching career, I managed projects and people for a large corporation. This included emphasis on problem analysis and resolution, meeting stringent deadlines, employee development, and exceptional customer service. My current professional goal is to continue to employ best practices in career coaching and to understand and adapt to the challenges faced by job seekers.Career Coaching specialties include: resumes/CVs, cover letters, interview preparation, LinkedIn and personal branding, developing job search and networking strategies, and job offer negotiation.
