Calabasas Cake & Cookie Company was founded in 2011 in Calabasas, California by Marlene Luterman. It is now headquartered in Austin, Texas where they have created extra large 4 oz. Stuft Cookies. because everything is bigger in Texas!After spending 30 years in the garment industry, Marlene wanted to exercise her creativity in new ways and saw a unique opportunity in the upscale cookie industry. Knowing that people are always on the hunt for new gourmet indulgences, she conceived the concept of a treat inside a cookie, or as it came to be called, the Stuft Cookie®. Marlene teamed up with leading edge culinary industry scientists to create her delectable flavor combinations and Stuft Cookie® formulas.In addition to the concept and recipe, Marlene understood the value of packaging and branding capabilities of products. Each cookie is individually wrapped and can be custom labeled with any logo, message or other artwork. Calabasas Cake & Cookie Company strives to provide desserts that have a feel-good taste of family/childhood with a twist on the familiar. To that end, we want to satisfy our customers with every bite. We strive to make our products the best they can be with absolutely, unequivocally no compromise in the quality of any products we produce.
