I am a life long learner, continually up grading my skills and knowledge so that I am able to contribute at the highest level to my client\'s growth, development and success. Having been in senior human resources roles in several organizations, both for profit and not-for-profits, I have observed first hand what is required for the successful leadership of organizations.
