I have been a licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona since 2001. Currently I am part owner and Designated Broker of Cerreta Realty Group. Our goal at Cerreta Realty Group is to make buying and selling homes a fun and smooth process for our clients. Aside from my duties as Broker, I manage all of the REO accounts that Cerreta Realty Group has. At this time I manage REO for Nationstar Mortgage and am a Local Listing Agent for HUD Homes with A Team Realty, VRM, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. My goal is to help solve the current housing situation by promoting the quick sale of all REO and HUD properties to new owner occupants. Specialties: Real Estate Specialist and Educator.
