Hi, my name is Marlena I graduated with a Bachelor\'s of Science in Business Management. Bay Area Native, with a passion for creating a diverse space for people of different backgrounds and ideas which I believe helps expand strategies and innovation that will grow your business. I have experience in administrative and operations management, system rollouts, onboarding and offboarding, purchasing, asset management, training, and mentoring. I am flexible with working styles, collaborative with different personalities, and easily able to connect with people. As for my future, I hope to create a space that supports underrepresented groups of people find resources and opportunities to pursue higher education and achieve their aspirations of a degree. I enjoy going to cultural festivities to learn about different cultures and traditions. It\'s wonderful to see the beauties that each heritage has. I love seeing different sceneries from mountain tops to endless beach waters. I also really like playing pickleball, it\'s my jam.
