Supporting the Product Marketing team in tactical, process-driving marketing tasks across product categories within the Professional Hygiene Business Unit. Focusing on driving and executing assortment changes that build value, focusing on: launch excellence, product portfolio management and assortment optimisation.Tasks include- Assist the Product team in tactical implementation of tasks related to product lifecycle management (PLC)- Manage product content including activation, correction, and removal of products to ensure the right products are displayed in downstream applications such as websites and customer portals- Coordinate competitive benchmarking, product testing and management of databases- Participate in projects and support regional marketing teams as assigned by product management in data management, intellectual property and product certification, customer bids and tenders- Provide product support to customer marketing, segment marketing, customer service and sales- Support execution and follow-up of product launches- Support Product Phase-In, Phase-Out (PIPO) process resulting from product changes and launches including coordination with sales, customer service, product supply, production planning- Develop training and related product literature and catalogues- Support the translation of Product literature- Develop and manage engaging newsletter content and oversee the monthly product news process- Actively participate and support local launch events, lead presentations, and ensure customer marketing has product samples available- Assist in planning and executing conferences and events, including presenting new products to attendees- Oversee the creation of artwork and labels to ensure brand consistency- Serve as the first point of contact for Segment, Brand, and Customer Marketing for all product-related inquiries- Coordinate and manage cross-category requests from customers to ensure timely and effective responses.
