With 30 years of a combination of Public Safety and Public Safety software experience, I listen to and understand the customers needs and make recommendations in how to best apply functionality with business practices.Using my prior career experience, as well as being a customer myself, I use real world scenarios, to provide quality service and training; customer success is an utmost priority.My past Public Safety experience includes crime scene investigation, supervision of major crime scenes, police/fire dispatch, and college level educator.
