I handle the stuff hiring managers hate, so they don’t have to.I make hiring successful by understanding your team, your culture, and what really makes someone fit beyond just tech skills. I put systems in place so managers stay focused on business goals while I handle the rest. My goal is simple: take as much of the chaos off your plate as possible and get you the right people efficiently and effectively.I come from a background in film production, so I’m used to fast-changing environments, big personalities, and high stakes. That experience taught me how to stay calm, think ahead, and make smart decisions under pressure—skills I bring to tech staffing every day.Managers tell me working with me is easy because I’m straightforward, down-to-earth, and realistic about what the market can deliver. If a candidate isn’t a fit or a request is unrealistic, I’ll tell you.
