With over 28 years of progressive experience in human resources, I am a senior leader at Pepsi Bottling Ventures, the nation’s largest privately-held manufacturer, seller, and distributor of Pepsi-Cola beverages. I hold the SPHR and CCP credentials, which demonstrate my expertise and commitment to the HR profession and the compensation field.As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, I oversee all aspects of HR and corporate communications for over employees in 18 facilities across the US. My role is to partner with senior executives and mid-level managers to align HR strategies with business objectives, foster a culture of engagement and inclusion, and drive organizational effectiveness and performance. I also lead the design and implementation of innovative HR solutions, such as employee benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, development, and retention, employee relations, HR analytics, and compliance. My mission is to develop and empower my team, build trust and collaboration, and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.
