Events manager responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of the annual ACEP Research Forum where 600+ research abstracts are presented at the annual Scientific Assembly.~Execute all deliverables for Research Forum: budget, timeline, function orders, faculty contracts, committee meetings, communication, marketing, website, submission platform administration, inbox communication, volunteer coordination, event records, and administrative support to committee chairs.~Manage the administration of the OpenWater platform for the Research Forum abstract submission process: 900+ submissions, 150 judges, and scheduling of 600 research abstracts into 80 abstract and poster presentation sessions. Oversee and facilitate the submission process; assign judge reviews; plan abstract sessions; coordinate and plan detailed and comprehensive presentation schedule.~Supervise all onsite event management details at the Research Forum conference: coordinate Freeman presentation management platform implementation; organize and proofread content of programs, brochures and signage; schedule all presenters, faculty, staff and volunteers; ensure correct room, AV, and signage set up. Primary point of contact to troubleshoot and provide timely responses to issues.~Plan and facilitate the ACEP Research Academy course: budget, timeline, registration, event and facilities coordination, faculty contracts, CME applications, master class webinars, online course catalog administration, and administrative support to course directors.~Grant project manager for three CDC grants, collaborating with CDC technical monitors, project officers and ACEP staff to execute all deliverables and complete and submit complex project reports.~Staff liaison to ACEP Research Committee, Research Section, and EDSC3 Coalition, providing administrative support, meeting management, maintaining records, and completing all annual reports to the board of directors.~Lead and organize staff engagement events.
