The position emphasizes building a strong employer brand and cultivating relationships within the community to attract top talent.Responsibilities*Manage the full cycle recruiting process for internal and external candidates for restaurant management positions.*Cultivate a management candidate talent pipeline aligned with the organization\'s growth strategy.*Evaluate incoming applications and actively source passive candidates for management roles.*Develop market-based recruiting strategies and partnerships to support management staffing efforts.*Lead the management recruiting processes ensuring consistency and a positive candidate experience.*Build Raising Cane\'s employer brand presence in the community by establishing relationships with schools and organizations.*Lead the New Restaurant Opening (NRO) crewmember hiring strategy and process.*Develop and execute restaurant crew staffing plans to meet hiring needs.*Provide regular updates on crew staffing to internal stakeholders.*Assist Restaurant Leaders with developing recruiting skills necessary to maintain staffing levels.*Plan and execute crew hiring events as needed.*Cultivate strong relationships with Area and Regional Business Unit Teams to align recruiting efforts with business goals.
