Customer & Order Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers,overseeing order processing from entry to shipment.Label & Compliance Coordination: Act as a liaison between customers and the labelreviewer, ensuring regulatory compliance for labels through QAI.Inventory & Procurement: Track label counts, generate purchase orders for customers,and facilitate procurement processes.Testing & Certification: Ensure required testing for heavy metals, gluten, salmonella, andpesticides; manage billing and documentation for compliance.International Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the TRACES process for provingorganic status for EU shipments and manage the TM-11 documentation for Taiwan andJapan.Freight & Shipping: Arrange and approve freight shipments, working with LTL carriers(FedEx and others) and freight forwarders.Logistics & Operational Coordination: Facilitate private label shipping operations,ensuring timely and accurate documentation, including COAs, specifications, andcertifications.Project & Process Management: Utilize Wrike, Excel, Word, Slack, and Macola tomanage workflows and ensure timely execution of tasks.Financial & Account Management: Enter customer payments, generate proformainvoices, and track financial transactions in Google spreadsheets.Cross Department Collaboration: Work closely with production managers, regulatoryteams, supply chain teams, and third-party testing labs to maintain compliance andefficiency.Sales Facilitation: Manage the sales of pre-formulated blends and raw materials,contributing to revenue growth and customer retention.
