Manage legal matters for video games from origination through release - draft prototype agreements, development agreements and any related amendments, draft licensing and voice-over agreements, review software licenses, provide clearance of games prior to release and draft and review agreements related to marketing and promotion of games; • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal business people and external companies on projects ranging from small consulting agreements for work-for-hire arrangements to coordination of talent and licensing of software/middleware for video games such as, Ghost of Tsushima, Uncharted Franchise, MLB The Show, The Last of Us Franchise and Ratchet & Clank Franchise; • Draft and negotiate contracts related to sales and distribution of products, facilities and operations of the company and its affiliates, including sales representative agreements, distributor agreements, event agreements and vendor agreements; • Training and management of product development/music licensing paralegal; and • Manage projects related to clearance of games for expanded use, including training and coordination of team to review and evaluate intellectual property ownership, public performance rights, and any other contractual provisions that may restrict expanded use of IP.
