   Providing insight and experience necessary to enable firm products to access global markets.Streamlining design and architecture processes for a global data platform through simplification and standardization of expectations and deliverables.Led the successful implementation of the firm’s Zero Trust global provisioning and asset entitlement platform on time and within budget, working with integration partners, line-of-business application leaders, and risk & compliance teams. Application was built on top of Microsoft Azure utilizing AzureDevOps, SAFe Agile methodology, Azure Event Bus and a hosted container strategy.Leader for the project adoption and implementation team. Lead stakeholder management meetings, interfaced with technical teams, worked with Operations and Support teams to align on timeline and implementation requirements.Spearheaded the provisioning and integration aspects of the global expansion of the firm\'s flagship Advisory practice engagement management tool, collaborating with international partners and leveraging a comprehensive technical risk framework.Increased awareness and facilitated increased adoption of the firm\'s GenAI tools through mentorship and demonstrations as part of the firm\'s AI Champion Network Match program.Created proof of concept capabilities to enhance access to the project documentation by creating an AI powered chat bot. The documentation was chunked and stored in a vector database and then retrieved utilizing Azure OpenAI. This capability was built in a low code integration manner in a matter of days.Set an 18 month’s technical vision for the platform, by creating the technology roadmap for the globalization of the US firm’s largest advisory engagement management platform.
