   Responsible for all lighting design, integration, and production consistency between all campuses of Red Rocks Church for weekend services, as well as special events.Oversee A/V/L and media aspects for weekly services at the Lakewood location for a multi-site church of in average weekend attendance. Operate/program lights, media, ensuring a high level of quality and fluidity in transitions leaving scene changes seamless. Responsible for training, scheduling, and managing up to 40 volunteers for weekend services as well as mid-week ministry services in every aspect of production. Troubleshooting tech issues, until satisfied. Experience in designing/programming lights for aesthetic pleasantries for weekend services, as well as at least 6 special events every year with a different design each time created in Capture. Lighting for IMAG is a specialty, as well as proficient in programming on GrandMA2 and Jands Vista lighting consoles.
