I am proud to lead Technology Strategy and Transformation efforts for our clients across Canada. Over the past 15 years I have had the pleasure of working with public service organizations, financial institutions and retailers across Canada and the US in leading many enterprise technology strategy and transformation initiatives. This includes technology-powered business transformation, technology cost transformation, technology platform strategy, and technology operating model redesign. These re-inventions have driven enhanced value and experiences for citizens, customers, and employees. I bring a genuine and authentic approach to my client work which I believe has been critical to becoming a valuable advisor to the organizations I work with. While at work I actively mentor and coach my teams and strive to create a culture where people feel supported and engaged. When I’m not at work, I’m focused on the most important job of being a parent to a young family.
