Review analysis of existing estate, design and implement a front door process to manage change across all business sectors. Working closely with multiple stakeholders to introduce effective routes of communication and focussing on risk and change management, capacity planning and utilisation, cross sector collaboration and implementing efficiencies, enabling cost reduction.\\\\nEarly wins included migration of Lotus Notes email and calendaring to Microsoft 365; delivery of Microsoft Teams to improve collaboration; network infrastructure and hardware optimisation and building facilities maintenance and support upgrades.\\\\nProjects in flight from inception and as part of my current portfolio are new Intranet site, a new internal Portal consolidating legacy applications and services, and the replacement of a CRM system, a finance management solution and a learner testing platform.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
