   In this role, I led the BI team transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies with the goal of reducing unnecessary project overhead while focusing team activities on the highest business priorities and providing quality deliverables in an iterative manner, increasing team throughput by an estimated 25%. I also managed multiple high profile cross-functional projects, delivering expected results on time and within budget. Highlights include: • Responsible for mentoring and leading activities of a Sr. BI PM. • Transitioned BI team to Agile methodology utilizing Scrum and Kanban; headed daily standups, backlog grooming, story estimating, sprint planning, team retrospectives and product demos. • Led Concur project to onboard CAN/AU/NZ business units onto Concur; required coordination with BI, Corporate Sourcing, Data Integration, HRIS, JDE, SAP Concur and off-shore QA testing teams; resulted in standardized T&E controls and processes across major business units. • Managed 12 month cross-functional Oracle Cloud data integration project, transferring all IT application interfaces from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud while utilizing the global DW as the central hub for all HR data; required extensive coordination with HRIS, Identity Manager, Corporate BI, JDE, Data Integration and Concur teams; resulted in reduction of redundant HR interfaces and adding data protection with field-level data encryption. • Directed 6 month cross-functional upgrade of BI environment with extensive testing of all facets of the BI environment, encompassing hardware refresh, upgrade of SQL Server, Microsoft BI suite (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, MDS), Automic scheduling software and TFS. The project resulted in a 70% average performance increase in system response time, directly equating to increased end-user productivity and eliminating job scheduling contention. • Led the enterprise-wide Power BI implementation and governance model creation, creating a data visualization standard across the enterprise.
