   Eyecare Partners, the nation’s leading provider of clinically integrated eye care with over 700 practice locations in 18 states, acquired Associated Retinal Consultants (ARC) in 2019. I retained all responsibilities of my role at ARC, while undertaking new challenges in the rapidly expanding, combined organization. Established the Solution Delivery and Operations team to support multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR), Practice Management (PM), and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) for Ophthalmology practices acquired nationwide. Results included standardizing implementations to reduce complexity, quicker access to support, and reduced revenue loss due to system issues. Designed and implemented remote work technologies to securely support clinic and administrative functions as part of a coordinated pandemic response. Implemented remote desktops, VPN, and soft phones to enable full productivity for call center and revenue cycle staff. Launched ITSM practice (change management and incident management), reducing unplanned outages and improving system reliability. Chair weekly Change Advisory Board reviews of all proposed changes to production environment. Performed IT due-diligence and reviewed site surveys of potential acquisition targets. Collaborated with stakeholders to develop and implement integration strategy for onboarding and integrating new practices efficiently. Managed IT build-out of several new locations from plan through go-live.
