I lead a team of five across tax services and outsourced CFO advisory for a portfolio of 40+ closely held businesses — from retailers and ag operations to multi-entity groups and manufacturing companies generating $1M–$20M+ in revenue. My day-to-day involves the work most finance professionals only see in pieces: building 12-month cash flow forecasts, analyzing financial statements across every major entity type (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S), evaluating debt service capacity and liquidity, structuring entity formations, and delivering compiled financials that banks and investors rely on for lending decisions.
