Accomplishments: Transforming end to end Purchasing processes with cross-functional stakeholders to reduce touches, increase speed, remove waste and document improvements to create an agile team. Manage purchases of large capital machinery, labor, services, and MRO spends for Voith Hydro and Turbo divisions. Lead Global Resale bids for suppliers worth $100K+, Global Transportation bids for vendors worth $500K+, and Ocean Container Bid for 45K TEUs worth $50M+ at RHI Magnesita. Saved $6M+ in synergy savings for the RHI and Magnesita Refractories merger exploiting the operational synergies related to Insourcing and Outsourcing. Reduced $5.4M+ in Global Ocean Container Bid spends in 5 years by implementing the first repeatable procurement process, including RFQ, and target-driven purchasing negotiations at Magnesita Refractories. Achieved a 41% inventory reduction in cost worth $2.5M, across nine customer sites by implementing consignment stock programs through the optimization of the inventory management operations. Attained $860K or $1.8M in annualized savings by driving competitive bid processes to secure high-quality products at best pricing at Magnesita Refractories in 2011.At this present time, I\'m excited to share my expertise as a practical solutions-finder that leads effective cross-functional teams, leading large-scale projects, and cultivating C-level relationships.
