With over 25+ years of experience in M&A due diligence, integration, and change leadership. I help clients improve their stakeholder experiences and accelerate value creation by helping them plan and execute their HR due diligence, integration, change, culture, communication strategies and build their capabilities. I leverage my deep \"MergerCraft\" expertise in human resources leadership, executive coaching, and consulting firm roles to deliver tailored and practical solutions anchored by deal type, complexities, synergies, dis-synergies, and risks. I have led or supported over 75 M&A transactions and transformational projects across multiple sectors, applying proven frameworks, tools, and leading practices. I have also built and led high-performing teams, practices, and partnerships in top-tier firms, such as Crowe, RGP, IGATE Capital and Ernst & Young. I earned an MA in Organizational Psychology and Consulting from Columbia University and several certifications in executive assessment, coaching, and culture survey. I am passionate about developing change-ready and resilient leaders and teams and share my observations and experience-based insights through publications and speaking engagements.
