But that success was built on the foundation of my first 15 years in engineering, product development, technical sales, and operational leadership. Early roles shaped my hands-on understanding of manufacturing systems, design-for-manufacture principles, and structured problem-solving. That technical depth enabled me to scale a $5M business to over $100M by bridging commercial strategy with engineering rigor, leading ISO-certified operations, launching new products, and driving disciplined execution across global teams in renewables, industrials, and capital equipment.
