I train for and run ultramarathons, often on trails and often well past what most people consider reasonable — particularly after 60.Those two pursuits are not separate.Endurance teaches patience, restraint, and decision-making under fatigue. It teaches you when to push, when to wait, and when doing less is actually the harder — and smarter — choice. Practiced well, the law demands the same discipline.Earlier in my career, I spent years serving clients in the entertainment industry, where timing, discretion, and reputational risk matter as much as legal precision.
