Portfolio activity, including:For Queens’ College Cambridge, I led and successfully delivered a review of extra-curricular activity for students. I devised and agreed the approach with the College, gathered evidence including through interviews with stakeholders, identified and articulated benefits and an outline business case to support actions, made recommendations including on governance, recognition and facilities, and developed an outline implementation plan which the College Governing Body has agreed. At the Governing Body’s request, I am supporting implementation of the plan.For the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst I chair a multi-disciplinary panel which advises the Commandant on strategy, including marketing the Army officer career and exploiting the Sandhurst brand.
