To revolutionize the way modern buildings monitor and manage resource consumption through innovative data acquisition and analysis.My journey began in Southern California, where I faced the daunting task of gathering accurate data on energy and water usage for a group of buildings. Frustrated by the lack of suitable technology, I channeled my extensive experience in the water sector to create BluSENSE PRO—a cutting-edge solution that provides real-time data analysis and helps identify inefficiencies within building operations.At BluSENSE, we\'re not just about solutions; we\'re committed to sustainability. Our technologies leverage Edge Computing, enabling the secure storage and analysis of billions of data points, ultimately reducing waste and fostering efficient resource use. To further enhance our offerings, I\'ve partnered with software engineer Daryl Miller to develop BluNODE—a customizable sensor network management system designed for ease of use in the field. BluNODE simplifies the complexities of building management with intuitive setups, comprehensive diagnostics, and seamless sensor integration.Together, BluSENSE PRO and BluNODE form a cohesive system that empowers facility managers to make informed decisions backed by reliable data, driving smarter and more sustainable practices throughout the built environment.As urban landscapes evolve and resource constraints sharpen, I am excited to be at the forefront of innovative solutions that pave the way for a more resilient and sustainable future.
