ABOUT MARKUS KOENIG
I am currently CFO at CNC24 based in Berlin. I have significant operating experience both in corporate & venture organizations with a track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments. As Investment Banker I have developed strong Cross-functional Team Leadership, Business Development, and in-depth Corporate Finance skills (Fundraising, Financial Modelling, Due Diligence / M&A). At Stanford, I have put a strong focus on The Lean Startup Approach, Design Thinking, Entrepreneurial Finance, and Team Leadership / Management. I have extensively applied and honed the skills I learned at Stanford in practice in several interim CFO and Management roles working with leading Startups & Investors in Africa, Germany, and the US. I am passionate about mentoring & developing junior team members, and change management. In my free time I love to do sports (particularly long-distance running), supporting philanthropic endeavors, coaching others, and learning new things, especially tech!
