   Build, troubleshoot, document, and test prototype lithium-ion battery packs for sixteen models of heavy equipment EVs and four stationary or mobile ESS applications\\\\n- Give design team feedback to improve issues in function, manufacturability, safety, cost, supply chain, quality, and testing\\\\n- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, project management, testing, and other teams to transition new products and design changes to production\\\\n- Planned, built, and conducted successful UL 1973 test of three rps50 48.9 kWh ESS battery packs with anti-propagation technology with the lab team\\\\n- Supported subsequent successful UL 9540A testing for rps50 packs and UL 9540 field listing at the Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute\\\\n- Organize and teach high-level classes on battery pack and EV design, function, operation, and troubleshooting for engineers and supervisors\\\\n- Train engineers, technicians, and assemblers on proper battery pack safety, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs\\\\n- Design and build assembly and test fixtures to improve safety, efficiency, accuracy, and quality of assembly and of end-of-line testing\\\\n- Manufacture and document wiring harness designs and changes for harnesses in battery packs; work with external vendors to outsource harness assemblies and rectify quality issues and other nonconformances\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
