I teach churches how to get clear on what God is up to in their communities so they can help their people participate with God in the healing of the world. My areas of expertise are leading churches in a changing world, preaching and teaching, and spiritual formation. About My Podcast, Spiritual Life and Leadership Ministry leadership is not easy in the twenty-first century. The pressure to grow our churches or organizations can be suffocating.
