Blended Learning ExpertWith over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing innovative learning solutions, I bring a unique blend of creative and technical expertise to the world of corporate training. My journey began as a trained media designer, followed by academic achievements including a Bachelor\'s in Media Design & Printing Technology, a Master\'s in Technical Management, and a second Master\'s in Vocational Education.Since 2004, I’ve been pioneering digital learning—creating my first eLearning module in 2004 and launching my first virtual classroom in 2008. As a project lead, I successfully introduced Learning Management Systems in two different companies, driving digital transformation in training.In 2020, I was honored with the KVD Service Management Award (1st place) for the project “From Zero to Online for Technicians”, showcasing the power of scalable, blended learning strategies.Throughout my career, I’ve developed and implemented multiple blended learning concepts across various industries, always with a focus on learner engagement, scalability, and measurable impact. My Master’s thesis explored how AI can accelerate onboarding processes—reflecting my passion for combining technology with pedagogy.Currently, I serve as Blended Learning Training Designer at baramundi software, where I design future-ready training experiences that empower IT professionals.Let’s connect if you’re passionate about digital learning, training innovation, or the future of education!
