I am a Partner at Valtus Germany, part of the Valtus Group, Europe’s leading organization for Executive Interim Management. We support companies in transition and transformation phases by providing experienced interim leaders — fast, precisely matched, and globally connected. With more than ten years of experience in the industrial sector, my focus lies on automotive, machinery and plant engineering, and defence & security. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in International Technical Sales and spending time abroad in Australia, California, and Spain, I began my career in technical sales within the automotive industry — where I quickly discovered my passion for connecting people, companies, and projects. Since 2019, I have been advising organizations on the placement of executive and leadership roles on an interim basis — from Managing Directors and CFOs to Operations, Engineering, HR within transformation & restructuring projects. I work closely with C-level decision-makers and oversee the entire process, from needs assessment and candidate selection to the successful start of each assignment and monitoring throughout. I see myself as a bridge-builder between strategic requirements and operational execution — solution-oriented, reliable, and driven by a strong commitment to quality and substance.
