As the HR Manager for our Cologne service site, I lead local HR operations together with my team members who are focussing on recruitment and vocational training. I partner closely with managers from several business units focussing on talent and organizational management as well as the site transformation agenda. While core HR services and payroll are delivered from our central HR organization, my team and I ensure strong on-site consulting and support leaders and employees, driving capability growth, fostering engagement and shaping a resilient and future ready organization.
